Glissonic cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors or inaccessibility. Products returned to Glissonic due to inaccurate or incorrect delivery addresses will be reshipped at the Customer’s expense.
The Products will be delivered by a carrier provided by Glissonic, depending on the country. If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged or opened, the Customer must check the condition of the Products. If the Products are damaged, the Customer must refuse the package and indicate the damage on the delivery note. The Customer must indicate on the delivery note and on the reservation form, with their signature, any anomaly relating to the delivery (missing or damaged product).
VIII. Guarantee
Products sold by Glissonic are covered by a three-year worldwide guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers defects that do not conform to the Product description on the Website, as well as visible and hidden defects that may affect the Product and render it unfit for use.
In the event of a non-conformity or of visible and hidden defects, the Customer has three (3) year from the delivery of the Product to file a complaint at instrument@glissonic.com.
The Customer must send the product to Glissonic so that Glissonic can examine the alleged defect. Glissonic will inspect the alleged defect within 30 days of receiving the Product at the latest and notify the Customer of the results of the inspection.
Glissonic’s after-sales service will organise the repair or replacement of the Product once the alleged defect has been recorded and provided that: -reasonable care has been taken when using the Products, and that they were only subject to normal wear and tear; -the failure was not caused or worsened by damage inflicted deliberately or through negligence, or as a result of an accident while the products were under the Customer’s control.
In the event of replacement or repair, Glissonic will bear the cost of the return shipment.
In the event that Glissonic is unable to repair or replace the Products, the Customer has the option of requesting the termination of the contract or of requiring a reduction in the purchase price of the Products. This guarantee is subject to the rights granted by national legislation on consumer protection.
IX. Rescission (return policy)
For Products ordered online, the Customer has a right of rescission, which may be exercised within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer takes actual possession of the Product. The right of rescission may only be exercised by the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, i.e. a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession.
If the Customer exercises the above right of rescission, they are obliged to return the Product and entitled to request a refund except for the cost of returning the Product, which shall be payable by the Customer.
Only Products that are in their original condition and packaging, together with all accessories and documents that were originally included with the Product when it was packaged, as well as the invoice for the purchase of the Product, may be returned under the right of rescission.
The right of rescission does not apply to Products made to the Customer’s individual requirements. Any Product ordered that differs from any of the characteristics of the Products available on the Website is considered to be a custom-made Product.
In order to exercise the right of rescission, the Customer must notify Glissonic at instrument@glissonic.com of the Customer’s decision to rescind the contract by means of clear communication.
The Customer may use the rescission form below, but this is not compulsory. The completed form must be sent by email to instrument@glissonic.com.
In the event of rescission, Glissonic will refund to the Customer the purchase price of the purchased Product, as well as the delivery costs of the original purchase, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice, as the case may be, of a means of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery means provided by Glissonic. The refund will be made once the product has been received by Glissonic.
Glissonic will refund the Customer using the same payment method as the one the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different means; in any case, the refund will not generate any costs for the Customer.
The Customer must despatch the Product to Glissonic without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after the Customer informed Glissonic of the decision to rescind this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been complied with if the Customer despatches the Product before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
The Customer will be responsible for all the direct costs (shipment costs, custom duties, etc.) of returning the Products.
The Customer may only be held liable with respect to the depreciation of the Products if they are handled in a way that is different from what is required for establishing the nature, characteristics, and proper working order of the Product.
