TT Mouthpiece for Glissotar
360  VAT Excl.

This 3D printed hand-faced TT Mouthpiece for Glissotar was developed to serve the instrument’s full expressive range with balance and clarity. Its design is based on a careful study of traditional tárogató mouthpiece geometry and on the sonic vision of the glissotar’s inventor, Dániel Váczi. Particular care has been given to comfort and ease of adaptation.

For musicians coming from saxophone or clarinet  the response feels familiar and natural, allowing for a smooth transition to the Glissotar without having to develop a whole new embouchure.
The sound is very even throughout all registers, centered and powerful, easy full dynamic range with generous projection and precise articulation. The mouthpiece offers stable intonation across all registers and it is very comfortable to play.

Each piece is individually designed, produced and hand-faced by mouthpiece maker Tommaso Troncon at Roberto’s Wind, New York, reflecting a commitment to precision, consistency, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
